That’s guys are geniuses! They removed 15 dead trees in one day with 2 crews. I didn’t think it was humanly possible. Wonderful, hardworking crew and they lived u to their word.

If I could give 100 stars I would!! This is our first year running a campground in Wellfleet and the storm did a number on us. I reached out to Shannon tree service and they came in and removed all liability trees within a day and a half. The customer service is amazing and these guys really know what they’re doing. I found Shannon’s service exceptional. I first called for a small job in Provincetown and was surprised to get a text back in a timely matter. Topher, the new owner, and crew came out a few days later as scheduled, gave me a fair estimate and were even able to do the job that day. At that time, we discussed a larger job with a tree that was overgrown and too close to the house. What impressed me most when they did this second job was the care they took in trimming the tree to look beautiful. It wasn’t just chopping a bunch of branches. Even my neighbor commented on how nice it looked. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and expertise.

How do I love Shannon Tree Service? Let me count the ways...1- Extremely knowledgeable. Jim met with us and was patient, thorough and took his time in educating us on what would work for our land2- Professional – the crew was amazingly thorough, friendly and professional. When they arrived on site, they took the time to really listen, confirm what we were doing, and were very patient when I changed my mind more than once. 😊3- Responsive – I called several companies and Shannon was the most responsive and thorough. They showed up on time, when they said they would, and didn’t leave until the job was finished and the place was spotless.4- Speaking of SPOTLESS – Jim’s crew spent a half day cutting limbs, branches, trees and wood and when they left, they didn’t leave a trace. Not one spot. My yard has never looked better.If you are looking for excellent work at a fair price from an honest shop who takes pride in their work, look no further.

Shannon's tree service is outstanding! They removed a few trees from a spot that was surrounded by vegetation we wanted to preserve and they managed to do it without leaving a trace - not a bush flattened! One would never guess any work had been done on the land at all! Jim is a super nice guy and very easy to work with. Affordable, too!

Hard working, on time, fair price, courteous, safety conscious. I have recommended Jim and his team over the years and just had them do a major job for me. Using a certified arborist makes a big difference. Great job! Again.
